Shadow War Prediction Track Record

Each item in the Shadow War section that carries confidence B or higher and a falsifiable claim is logged here at write time. The log is append-only. Old rows are not edited; this page derives whether each prediction is still active, due for review, resolved, expired without enough public evidence, or retired because the old claim was not falsifiable enough.

Public track record opens 2026-04-21. Historical signals from 2026-04-07 through 2026-04-20 are backfilled from the raw signal archive where observations were preserved. Backfilled items are now split into active pending and due-for-review buckets. Do not fabricate resolutions — honest uncertainty is a feature, not a bug.
